Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. Hopping Green & Sams supports the Society’s mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.  Each year, HGS fields a team of lawyers, staff and their friends for the local L&L Society “Light the Night” walk.  In addition to securing pledges for walkers, small fundraisers are held within the firm, including a roving lemonade cart on hot days and the sale of freshly baked cookies from the HGS kitchen.  Our regular firm blood drives will find the local bloodmobile in the HGS parking lot, calling attention to the fact that donating blood is “About Life”!
