HGS Environmental Update
Attorneys at HGS monitor regulatory developments in the environmental areas of air, water, wetland, waste management, and solid and hazardous wastes and provide brief summaries in the "HGS Environmental Update." HGS follows federal and state rulemaking activities to apprise clients of impending changes in environmental rules that may apply to them. The Environmental Update is distributed every two to three weeks. "Special Editions" are also distributed as needed to ensure that our clients are made aware of important, time-sensitive events.
