Experience

  • Represents clients before state, regional and local agencies, administrative officials, and elected bodies on a variety of administrative, environmental and government matters.
  • Provides counsel and representation in government contracting and bid protest proceedings. Past representations include the fields of road and bridge contracting, telecommunications, computer systems, leased office space, and legal services for Child Support Enforcement.
  • Provides counsel and representation in licensing of high-voltage electrical transmission lines, substations, power plants and pipeline facilities.
  • Represents clients in commercial litigation, including contract and equitable actions.
  • Provides counsel and representation to professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters before professional Boards. Past representations include proceedings before the Board of Medicine, Board of Dentistry, Board of Acupuncture, Board of Massage, and Construction Industry Licensing Board.
  • Involved in all facets of administrative litigation and rulemaking.
