- Over 20 years experience in infrastructure financing for large-scale developments.
- General counsel to a number of community development districts, tackling a wide array of contractual, real property, local government, and financial matters as they arise.
- Advises landowners and developers on the economic use of property and the use of special taxing districts as a way to finance and manage infrastructure for development.
- More than 20 years experience in utility regulation with Michigan Public Service Commission, Wisconsin Public Service Commission, and in private practice in Florida.
