- Assisted briefing in the U.S. Supreme Court case Stop the Beach Renourishment, Inc. v. Florida Department of Environmental Protection, 130 S. Ct. 2592 (2010) (No. 08-1151), which involved the protection of private property rights and judicial takings.
- Represents clients before local and state agencies, courts, and elected bodies on land use, zoning, growth management, and local government matters.
- Assists clients in federal regulatory compliance and reporting matters, including CERCLA, RCRA, and EPCRA programs.
- As a Florida Gubernatorial Fellow, served in the Florida Department of Community Affairs and awarded the Jeb Bush Outstanding Achievement Award.
- Assisted in an analysis of Florida's Rural Lands Stewardship Act for presentation to the Florida Legislature.
