HGS attorney and lobbyist Gary K. Hunter, Jr. interview in The New York Times

HGS attorney and lobbyist Gary K. Hunter, Jr. was interviewed by The New York Times reporter, Damien Cave, for his recent story On the Mat, Florida Wonders Which Way is Up, N.Y. Times, Aug. 16, 2009, available at The New York Times Week in Review.  Gary Hunter was the only Florida attorney quoted in the story which focused on the state of Florida's real estate and development market.  Mr. Hunter offered an optimistic perspective on Florida's future for growth, observing  “We still have sunshine, we still have the largest coastline in the United States, we still have no state income tax.” Mr. Hunter focuses his practice on land use entitlements, private property rights litigation and legislative representation on growth management and environmental matters.
