HGS Attorney Cheryl Stuart Moderated a Panel on Community Development Districts

HGS Attorney Cheryl Stuart moderated a panel on community development districts at the American Planning Association Florida 2011 Conference in Palm Beach, Florida.  Entitled "Community Development Districts:  Where We've Been, Where We Are, and Where Might We Go?", she explored the historical role of CDDs in Florida's growth management landscape and some of the "lessons learned" as a result of the current economic recession and its impact on financing development in Florida.
