HGS Attorney David Childs Debates Nutrient Rules on Public Radio

WFSU's "It's About Florida" radio program recently featured a debate between HGS's David Childs and EarthJustice's David Guest on the U.S.  Environmental Protection Agency's numeric nutrient criteria rulemaking for Florida.  The half-hour debate focused on the legality of EPA's unprecedented federal intervention in the state's water quality program and the EPA rulemaking's policy and economic implications.  Mr. Childs is an attorney of record in federal court challenges against the EPA rules.  A podcast of the debate can be downloaded at http://wfsu.org/radio/its_about_florida.php.
