HGS Attorney Kent Safriet Discusses Property Rights and the Bert J. Harris Jr., Private Property Rights Protection Act at Environmental Permitting Summer School

At the 25th Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School in Marco Island, Kent Safriet served as one of three property rights experts in the session entitled "Property Rights and Bert Harris Act Update".  As part of that session, Kent led the discussion on the recent amendments to the Bert J. Harris Jr., Private Property Rights Protection Act, §70.001, Florida Statutes, in which Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., attorney/lobbyist Gary K. Hunter, Jr. played a critical role.
