Real Estate
Hopping Green & Sams has an active real estate practice with extensive experience in real estate projects in Florida. We assist our clients in every facet of the real estate practice from acquisition and permitting to development and sale. We represent developers and landowners in the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of major industrial and commercial projects, housing projects, hotels and motels, industrial parks, office complexes, shopping centers, condominiums, apartments, subdivisions, office parks, brownfield development and other developments. We are frequently involved with matters involving land use, water rights and water use. The firm also assists its clients with other real estate-related legal issues, including due diligence analysis, environmental clean-up compliance, title disputes and the drafting of easements.
The firm’s real estate practice focuses on the needs of clients such as sophisticated businesspeople, land owners, and developers.
